ME83x is a 32.768 KHz CMOS output TCXO, with a maximum frequency stability of ±5 ppm over -40 to +85°C.

A proprietary temperature compensation technique is applied to the built-in X-cut 32.768 KHz tuning fork crystal and temperature sensor.
A 400 nA current consumption makes it ideal for battery-operated devices.
The 5x7x1.8 mm ceramic SMD package is ideal for miniature long-term frequency applications.
Both tighter tolerance and non-temperature compensated products also available.
