TDK InvenSense will have a VERY busy booth this year, showcasing:
Wearables – Learn how the TDK InvenSense Firefly platform with integrated motion sensors now delivers activity recognition (walk, run, bike, still), step counter, Bring-to-See (B2S) gesture, in addition to the standard Android fusion stack. The TDK InvenSense platform assists an OEMs time-to-market by delivering the baseline features required for today’s wearable devices that require inertial sensor processing; thus allowing the OEM to focus on their own unique differentiating features on-top of those offered by TDK InvenSense.
Location – Location-based services are becoming increasingly important, now retailers are able to track consumers indoors using Coursa Retail, an in-store, infrastructure-free shopper analytics platform from TDK InvenSense.
Navigation –New and improved, TDK InvenSense Positioning Library (IPL) for enhanced vehicle navigation and telematics, in scenarios with poor GPS signals enabling a more fluid user experience with fewer erroneous re-routes. Come and learn about Coursa Sports with its superior high-accuracy and low-power fitness tracking.
Imaging – See TDK InvenSense smartphone OIS solutions for dual-cameras. And our new Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) solution, providing for a stable, jitter-free video experience, with significant reduction of the video file size.
Audio – With proliferation of connected devices where the main means of communication is far field voice communication, having an array of microphones that can pick up the user’s voice from any direction is key to success. TDK InvenSense has high-end microphones and a time division multiplexed (TDM) microphone array solution which supports up to 16 devices.
Development – Try out our recently released SensorStudio 2.2, a sensor prototyping and development platform for the Internet of Things (IoT). The new TDK InvenSense solution generates sensor and algorithm development projects to market faster.
Drone – Come and see our new 7-axis solution (3-axis accelerometer, 3-axis gyroscope, and a barometric pressure sensor) demo specifically designed for drones.
HMD – With the advent of AR/VR, head-mount displays coming to market will be very sensor rich. These applications require motion sensors with low latency, low noise, and high performance from TDK InvenSense
