The T4076 (MPN MMICT4076-00-908) is an analog MEMS microphone with high signal to noise ratio and low current consumption. The T4076 includes a MEMS microphone element, an impedance converter, and an output amplifier. The T4076 is available in a very small 2.75 mm × 1.85 mm × 0.9 mm bottom port surface-mount package. Other high-performance specifications include 127 dB SPL acoustic overload point, tight ±1 dB sensitivity tolerance and 63 dB(A) SNR. |

The T4078 (MPN: MMICT4078-00-908) is an analog MEMS microphone with very high dynamic range and a low-power AlwaysOn mode. The T4078 includes a MEMS microphone element, an impedance converter, and an output amplifier. This microphone features a low-power mode, which is active when the supply voltage is <1.9V. In this mode, the T4078 operates with max. 85 μA Other specifications in high performance mode include 135 dB SPL acoustic overload point, tight ±1 dB sensitivity tolerance and 66 dB(A) SNR. The T4078 is available in a very small 3.35 mm × 2.5 mm × 0.98 mm bottom port surface-mount package. |

The T4086 (MPN: MMICT4086-00-908) is an analog MEMS microphone with high SNR in small package size. The T4086 includes a MEMS microphone element, an impedance converter, and an output amplifier. Other high‐performance specifications include 127 dB SPL acoustic overload point, tight ±1 dB sensitivity tolerance and enhanced immunity to both radiated and conducted RF interference, The T4086 is available in a small 2.75 × 1.85 × 0.9 mm bottom port surface‐mount package. |

| Analog output is still a common audio interface type and has been used by electret microphones for decades. InvenSense MEMS microphones offer significant performance improvements to this old standard. They have similar or better SNR in smaller size, provide consistent performance part-to-part and over temperature, and offer a wider dynamic range. |
