The Telaire (A Division of Amphenol Advanced sensors) offers the ChipCap 2, the most advanced and cost-effective humidity and temperature sensing solution for virtually any type of application. A capacitive polymer sensor chip and a CMOS integrated circuit with EEPROM are integrated into one embedded system in a reflow solderable SMD package.
The CC2D23, CC2D23S, and the CC2D23S-SIP version of the ChipCap 2 series are the most popular part numbers within the family. All versions offer the humidity and temperature with an I2C output, calibrated, tested, and performs at + 2% from 20% to 80% relative humidity (+ 3% over the entire humidity range).
The CC2D23 is the standard device, the CC2D23S is the same as the CC2D23 except is offered with a sleep mode with very low power usage. The CC2D23S-SIP is a SIP style package with the same performance as the CC2D23S.
